South Mecklenburg HS Replacement

SCOPE OF WORK

Final phases of work to include on site replacement of balance of campus to +/- 100 classroom baseline, comprehensive athletics package.

PROGRESS

The football stadium and associated buildings have been turned over to the school. Construction of the dugouts and baseball concessions is 85% complete. In the new building, Steel erection is progressing quickly (75%), and concrete floor slabs are nearly complete. MEP rough-in continues on all three levels. Roofing, exterior wall framing and interior CMU wall construction has started.
