South Mecklenburg HS Replacement

SCOPE OF WORK

Final phases of work, to include onsite replacement of balance of campus to +/- 100 classroom baseline, comprehensive athletics package.

PROGRESS

The South Mecklenburg High School Replacement project continues to progress in the construction document phase. CMS will receive this submittal in November. The construction manager continues to tweak the logistic plans to ensure a safe and coordinated construction environment on this occupied school campus. Focus meetings continue with CMS leadership as needed to obtain academic and operational information that improves the outcome of the design effort. The project consists of a partial campus replacement and significant improvements to the football stadium and athletic fields.
