SCOPE OF WORK
Replace with 45-classroom school for Dilworth paired schools.
PROGRESS
The New Elementary School on Park Road project started this month with the issuance of notice to proceed for the demolition of the old school and site work for the new school. Installation of construction fencing and preparations for the demolition of the school building continues. The project has completed the construction documents review phase and submitted for permit. The construction manager will bid the remaining scope packages in December. The project consists of a new 45-classroom elementary school.
