SCOPE OF WORK

Baseline 54-classroom Middle School facility to relieve Community House MS, Jay M. Robinson MS and Rea Farms STEAM K-8.

PROGRESS

The New Middle School #1 South project team continues to track LUESA, City Engineering and Land Development document submissions for building permit approval. Bids for the procurement of the long lead electrical equipment have been received and will be reviewed by the Board of Education in October. The remaining bids will be received in next month. The project consists of a new middle school facility with the accompanying exterior improvements.
