SCOPE OF WORK
Baseline 54 CR Middle School facility to relieve Community House MS, Jay M. Robinson MS, and Rea Farms STEAM K-8.
PROGRESS
The New South Middle School 1 architect continues to collaborate with Capital Program Services, CMS Planning and Real Estate Department to develop the final rezoning drawings. The final rezoning documents are scheduled for approval submission in mid-April 2024. Design development phase documents are scheduled to be delivered in late March 2024 followed by review with CMS leadership staff for additional review comments.
