SCOPE OF WORK

Baseline 54-classroom Middle School facility to relieve Community House MS, Jay M. Robinson MS and Rea Farms STEAM K-8.

PROGRESS

Construction at Cato Ridge Middle School continues to move forward steadily with progress across both the building and site. Work on key building systems such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing remains ongoing, while interior finishes; flooring, ceilings, and fixtures continue to be installed. The baseball field turf has been completed, and site improvements are still in progress; landscaping and paving Golf Links Drive and Tom Short Road.
