SCOPE OF WORK

Replace with 45-classroom school for Dilworth paired schools.

PROGRESS

The New Elementary School at Park Road project continues to progress in the review of construction documents. The construction manager issued bid documents for the demolition and site construction work for the new project. Bids are scheduled to be reviewed at the BOE meeting in October. The remaining scope packages will be presented to the BOE in late January 2025. The project consists of a new 45-classroom elementary school.
