SCOPE OF WORK

Baseline 54-classroom Middle School facility to relieve Community House MS, Jay M. Robinson MS and Rea Farms STEAM K-8.

PROGRESS

The New South Middle School 1 project continues with installation of the Phase 1 erosion control and mass grading operations. The project encountered rock at the detention basin and began the removal. The building permitting process is completed. The project consists of a new 54-classroom middle school. The scheduled completion is August 2026.
