SCOPE OF WORK
Renovate First Ward as full magnet 6-8.
PROGRESS
The First Ward Arts Middle School Magnet project received Board of Education approval this month. The construction manager is currently engaged in an early procurement process for construction materials to begin work on this multi-phase project. The project scope includes interior and building envelope renovations, security vestibule, middle school arts labs and classroom renovations in a primary school environment to accommodate secondary school students.
