SCOPE OF WORK
Repurpose Billingsville for relocated Montessori PK-6 program; demolish Chantilly. Cotswold to occupy Billingsville August 2025; Chantilly Montessori to occupy Billingsville 2027.

PROGRESS
The BOE approved the Phase 1 construction scope for the Billingsville Montessori project in April. Phase 2 work, which supports the Montessori curriculum, is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027.
