SCOPE OF WORK
Repurpose Billingsville for relocated Montessori PK-6 program; demolish Chantilly.
Cotswold to occupy Billingsville August 2025; Chantilly Montessori to occupy Billingsville 2027.
PROGRESS
The CMS leadership team completed the construction document review of the Billingsville Montessori Upfit project. A project update meeting is planned for mid-March and will take place at Chantilly Montessori School. The project consists of two phases; the first develops the security vestibule (summer 2025) and is currently in the bidding process. The second phase consists of renovations to incorporate Montessori project features for the relocation of Chantilly Montessori School (summer of 2027).
