Repurpose Billingsville for relocated Montessori PK-6 program; demolish Chantilly.
Cotswold to occupy Billingsville August 2025; Chantilly Montessori to occupy Billingsville 2027.
PROGRESS
The Billingsville Montessori Upfit project has progressed to the design development phase. CMS leadership team shared their Montessori programming preferences for incorporation into the renovation design of this project. The project consists of two phases; the first develops the security vestibule (summer 2025) and the second phase is to renovate and incorporate the Montessori project features for the relocation of Chantilly Montessori School (summer of 2027).
