South Mecklenburg HS Replacement

SCOPE OF WORK

Final phases of work, to include onsite replacement of balance of campus to +/- 100 classroom baseline, comprehensive athletics package.

PROGRESS

The South Mecklenburg High School Replacement project continues to progress in the design development phase. The construction manager continues to develop logistic plans that safely execute construction work phases on an occupied school campus. Focus meetings continue with CMS leadership to obtain academic and operational information that improves the outcome of the design effort. The project consists of a partial campus replacement and significant improvements to the football stadium and athletic fields.
