SCOPE OF WORK
Convert for Montessori PK-6 program.
PROGRESS
The Sedgefield Elementary School Montessori Upfit project scope includes the incorporation of life skills classrooms, security vestibule and general up fits/renovations to the main building and site enhancements. Permit drawings are scheduled for review in May. The CMAR's phase one bid period is in progress and construction contract approval is planned for Mid-May 2024. Follow-up meetings with CMS leadership will be conducted in the month of May 2024.
