SCOPE OF WORK
Convert for Montessori PK-6 program.
PROGRESS
The Sedgefield Montessori continues with the remaining Phase 1 site improvements moving through permitting revisions. Phase 2 bids have been received, and the team is preparing to seek board approval in December. The Phase 2 renovations include the life skills classrooms, a security vestibule and site work and amenities. The project update meeting was conducted at the school; interested parents, students and staff attended.
