New High School (Olympic Relief)

SCOPE OF WORK
New 100 classroom high school; relieves crowding at Olympic High School.

PROGRESS
The construction manager for the New High School Olympic Relief continued throughout the building with exterior and interior metal studs and drywall installation. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) trades continued with above ceiling and in-wall rough in while focusing on work in the mechanical and electrical rooms. They continue to utilize temporary air conditioning units throughout the facility to allow finish work to begin while waiting on the permanent system to come online. Drywall continued to be installed on multiple floors of the classroom and administration wing. The painter continued throughout the building with block fill and the first coat of paint. The pool contractor progressed with pouring the walls of the pool. The field contractor continued with the installation of the synthetic turf system and the landscaper mobilized and prepared the grass fielded for sod. The contractor continued to be focused on the maintaining the erosion control measures on the site.
