New High School (Olympic Relief)
SCOPE OF WORK
New 100 classroom high school; relieves crowding at Olympic High School.
PROGRESS
The construction manager for the New High School Olympic Relief (17) continued with fine grading and utility installation operations throughout the site. The mason continued with below grade masonry in preparation of concrete slabs and installed the vertical load bearing CMU. The pool contractor began installation of the surge tank and underground utilities. Structural steel installations began in the building 4 classroom wing and the cafeteria/kitchen. Underground plumbing and electrical continued in the areas that come available. The 100-classroom relief high school is scheduled to be occupied in August 2022.
