New High School (Olympic Relief)

SCOPE OF WORK
New 100 classroom high school; relieves crowding at Olympic High School.

PROGRESS
The construction manager for the New High School Olympic Relief continues to work throughout the site with a focus on parking lots and the stadium. Asphalt was installed on a portion of the student/staff lot; stone base was installed in the other locations. The home and visitor bleachers were installed, and the below grade masonry was installed for the athletic buildings. Masonry and exterior brick continued throughout the building. Exterior studs, sheathing and spray foam continued at the classroom wings. Roofing was installed in areas as they became available and mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) rough-in's continued above ceilings and in walls.
