SCOPE OF WORK
New 100-classroom high school to relieve South Mecklenburg, Ardrey Kell and Myers Park HS.
PROGRESS
The New Ballantyne Ridge High School project team continued coordinating the numerous trades on site including site work, exterior façade, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP). Punch list is scheduled to commence the month of July. The installation of flooring, final painting, and dropping of ceiling tile continues throughout all areas of the building. The site work continues with final grading, roadwork, site concrete, athletic fields and landscaping.
