SCOPE OF WORK
New 45-classroom elementary school to relieve Nations Ford, Sterling, and Steele Creek.

PROGRESS
The New Elementary School (Nations, Sterling, Steele Creek Relief) (17) construction manager continued spray foam on the exterior walls followed by brick veneer. The building was dried in with the completion of the roof system, the final terminations and coping cap remaining. Interior studs and cmu continued allowing in wall rough-ins to follow. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins continued above ceiling and in walls. drywall began on the first floor of the classroom building. The new 45-classroom relief elementary school is scheduled to be occupied August of 2021.
