SCOPE OF WORK
New 45-classroom elementary school to relieve Elon, Hawk Ridge, Polo.
PROGRESS
The New Knights View Elementary School (fka Elon, Hawk Ridge, Polo Relief) finish trades are wrapping up throughout the building and punch list work has started in classrooms. The Ardrey Kell roadwork asphalt and striping is complete with the exception of the mast arm traffic signal, which is to be completed by Duke Energy. The long awaited air handler unit (AHU) #5 arrived this month and is currently operational. The Recreation Center gym floor is installed and mechanical, electrical and plumbing trim out is continuing.
