New 45-classroom elementary school to relieve Elon, Hawk Ridge, Polo.
PROGRESS
The New Knights View Elementary School (fka Elon, Hawk Ridge, Polo Relief) project is substantially complete and the punch list has been completed with the except of a few low voltage systems and the lack of standing grass. The Ardrey Kell roadwork asphalt and striping is complete with the exception of the mast arm traffic signal, which Duke Energy is to complete. CMS has completed loading the building with FF&E.
