New 45-classroom replacement facility replacing school built in 1958.
The construction manager for the Montclaire Elementary School (17) continues to push the finish trades for completion on the project. Completion of the flooring, ceilings, paint, casework, marker and tack boards, etc. allowed the architect to begin their punch list activities. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) trades kicked off the commissioning activities for the project. Site work activities worked around the weather to install the remaining sidewalks, paving and landscaping. The installation of the FF&E will begin mid-July.
