New 45-classroom school; replaces old school built in 1959 and relieve crowding at Elizabeth Lane ES.
The Lansdowne Elementary School construction manager continues to dig and pour perimeter building footings. They will be pouring the slab on grade in phases as underground electrical and plumbing rough-ins are completed. The underground storm water detention pipes have been delivered and installation is ongoing. The project team is working through supply chain logistics and issues with material availability. In some cases, product substitutions are being considered to maintain overall construction schedule. The existing school sanitary sewer lines are being rerouted around the current construction area.
