Add new classrooms and replace older areas of school.
The Garinger High School Addition/Renovation (17) and Garinger CTE project architect and construction manager contracts have been finalized and a kick-off meeting was conducted in June. The project's scope includes a new 2-story building consisting of 16 classrooms, utilitarian spaces and circulation corridors. The design will also include the Garinger CTE (17) scope in the existing building. The project team is working closely with the CMS CTE Department and school Principal to maximize efficiency of the renovated area within facility. The project is currently in the schematic design phase.
