Renovate First Ward as a Creative Arts Middle School 6-8.
PROGRESS
Final finishes work has been completed and the roof replacement is 95% complete. HVAC work is nearly complete; systems have been started up and commissioning is ongoing. Replacement of the windows throughout the school is 50% complete. Final closeout activities continue.
