SCOPE OF WORK
Onsite replacement, collapsing paired school into Billingsville for project duration.
PROGRESS
The Cotswold Elementary School Replacement design has progressed to the design development phase. The CMS leadership team conducted their schematic design review in September; the next CMS leadership meeting is in December. The project consists of a 45-classroom replacement elementary school. The academic staff and student population will relocate to the Billingsville facility while the new facility is being replaced.
