SCOPE OF WORK
New 45-classroom elementary school (K-5); replaces old school built in 1969.
PROGRESS
The Bruns Avenue Elementary School Replacement project team continued to finalize the punch list throughout the project. The low voltage systems (video surveillance, intercom, intrusion detection, etc.) are being finalized and beginning to come online. The Construction Manager has final building and Fire Marshal inspections scheduled the first week of August. FF&E installation will begin upon approval. The site concrete, asphalt and landscaping is complete for this phase of work. Demolition of the old building and associated site work will commence after occupancy of the new building.
