SCOPE OF WORK

New 45-classroom elementary school (K-5); replaces old school built in 1969.

PROGRESS

The Bruns Avenue Elementary School Replacement project has entered into the punch list phase. The majority of asphalt and concrete is in place to finish out this phase of construction. Placement of topsoil has started, but due to the hot weather, the placement of sod and seed has been pushed back. The low voltage systems (video surveillance, intercom, intrusion detection, etc.) are being finalized and beginning to come online. Demolition of the old building and associated site work will commence after occupancy of the new building.
