SCOPE OF WORK

New 45-classroom elementary school (K-5); replaces old school built in 1969.

PROGRESS

The Bruns Avenue Elementary School Replacement project is progressing in Phase 2 with the completion of curb and gutter and sub base of the new parking lot. Ongoing sitework includes placement of hardscapes, landscaping and playground areas. The revised fire line installation will take place over summer break. The project team remains in constant communication with the Principal to ensure construction activities do not disrupt school activities.
