Briarwood Elementary School

SCOPE OF WORK
45-classroom replacement facility; replaces school built in 1956.

PROGRESS
The construction manager for the Briarwood Elementary replacement school (17) project focused on completing the dry-in of the building. Roofing installations were completed on the two story building and began on the administration building. The mason mobilized the spray foam contractor while focusing on the interior CMU walls and brick veneer where available. Interior and exterior metal stud installation continued throughout the building. Overhead and in wall mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities continued throughout. The sitework contractor focused on the bus entry drive. The 45-classroom replacement school is scheduled to be occupied in August 2021. Upon completion, demolition and remaining site work will commence and be completed in 2022
