SCOPE OF WORK

Repurpose Billingsville for relocated Montessori PK-6 program; demolish Chantilly. Cotswold to occupy Billingsville August 2025; Chantilly Montessori to occupy Billingsville 2027.

PROGRESS

Summer construction phase includes mechanical controls upgrades and staff/visitor parking paving. The mechanical contractor has completed their scope allowing testing and balancing to proceed. The paving of the staff/visitor parking lot is complete.
