SCOPE OF WORK
New 100-classroom high school to relieve South Mecklenburg, Ardrey Kell and Myers Park HS.
PROGRESS
The New Ballantyne Ridge High School project team continued coordinating the numerous trades on site including site work, exterior façade, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP). Startup and testing of the low voltage systems continue. Final cleaning is occurring throughout the building as well as final inspections from various inspectors and Fire Marshal. Landscapers continue to finalize the site along with site concrete. The traffic signal is progressing at Community House and Toringdon along with road modifications. FF&E has started installation.
