SCOPE OF WORK
New 100 classroom high school to relieve South Mecklenburg, Ardrey Kell and Myers Park HS.
PROGRESS
The New Ballantyne Ridge High School project team continued coordinating the numerous trades on site including site work, exterior façade, MEP rough-ins and final finishes. The mason continued with interior CMU and brick veneer installation throughout the building. All interior studs are nearing completion and drywall installation has completed on the second and third floors and has started on the fourth floor. Ceiling grid is in progress on the third floor. The MEP trades are following the interior stud installation with in-wall and above ceiling rough in. On site work continues with final grading, roadwork, site concrete and landscaping.
